Odysseus - Promoting eco-tourism

Odysseus was the wayward traveller in the Homeric Classic that bears his name.

The sandy beaches which are so popular in the summer are secondary to the cliffs and clay hills which offer such sheer vistas and opportunities for outdoor activity in the winter. This project seeks to integrate eco-friendly activities such as horseriding, sailing, windsurfing, surfing, paragliding and trekking with the conservation of the Għajn Tuffieħa and Ramla coastal zone areas in an effort to promote a sustainable form of tourism in Malta.
